Ernie has been creating professional
orthoses for the past 20 years and
has had his own office since September 1st, 2001.

He maintains strong relationships with physicians and other health-care professionals throughout Canada. Ernie is committed to patient care and satisfaction, and is constantly striving to improve analysis and treatment techniques.



Carol is the cheerful voice on the phone and the friendly face when you walk in the door. She is the office manager at EAPOD and arranges all client appointments. Carol's background is in retail sales and warehousing, so she can relate to many of our clients' woes!




Shadow is the resident kittycat and greeter. She can usually be found napping on a reception-area chair or trying to sneak out the front door as patients come in. Just say hello and she'll surely talk back to you!
